Investigator Training Research Day
Resident/Fellow Research Day is an annual event that provides opportunities for residents and fellows affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health to present original research studies and vignettes to the academic and professional communities. It is conducted to enable healthcare professionals to maintain proficiency in evaluating critical scientific data, and to promote and present examples of practice-based learning.
The next event will take place on May 22, 2025. The keynote speaker will be Judy L. Aschner, M.D., Director, Member Scientist at the Center for Discovery and Innovation, and Professor of Pediatrics at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Her presentation will be titled "Pursue Your Professional Passion." More information about the day, including the agenda, zoom link, and objectives can be found in this flyer. The deadline for abstract submission for this year has passed.
Here is a recording of the 2024 keynote presentation, delivered by Dr. Thomas Bauer, titled "How to Create an Innovative Clinical Research Program: A Thoracic Surgery Perspective."
