

Welcome to the Sleep Medicine Fellowship
JFK University Medical Center's Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program offers comprehensive, multi-disciplinary clinical training in sleep medicine, sleep study interpretation as well as in exposure to pediatric sleep disorders and inpatient consults for future sleep practitioners. It is primarily an outpatient based, high volume training program with exposure to a diverse patient population, great variety of sleep disorders as well as complex cases, and with sleep lab. call coverage from home. It is complemented by a robust didactic schedule and interactive case conferences that fosters a lifelong passion for learning and commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. This ACGME-accredited, one-year program has an excellent pass rate on ABMS Sleep Boards, and prepares fellows for a successful clinical or academic career in sleep medicine while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Fellows benefit from a system-based, evidence-based approach to patient care and have plentiful resources for clinical research including strong mentorship from dedicated faculty, access to a vast electronic library, RedCap database and biostatisticians.

The JFKUMC has several GME training programs on site, with variety of elective opportunities as well as opportunity for mentoring other residents and students from Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
