Our recipe is dairy-free and contains the super food, chia seeds. Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Emerging research suggests that incorporating chia seeds into a healthy diet may help improve cardiovascular risk factors such as lowering cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs. chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (we recommend 1/2 coconut milk, 1/2 oatmilk)
- 1-2 tbs. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup blueberries

Yields: 1 Serving (about 12 oz.)

Cook Time: 2 hours (best left overnight)
Preparation
- Mix together ingredients in a container or jar until well combined.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
