Dr. Cuccurullo recently was awarded the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) Distinguished Member Award, the ROI-NJ Influencers in Healthcare, and an Excellence in Research Writing award from the Association of Academic Physiatrists. Dr. Cuccurullo also was involved in the Graduate Medical Education Summit group, which is looking at revamping the residency educational curriculum for future PM&R residents.
