Location Summary
We are a Medicare and Medicaid-approved skilled nursing facility with 221 total licensed beds including 121 long-term nursing care beds, 37 Alzheimer’s/Dementia unit beds, 52 subacute rehabilitation beds, and a separate 11-bed Ventilator Unit. The center's central location on the hospital's campus offers residents immediate access to acute care and diagnostic services.
Our Subacute Care Unit is supported by our state-of-the-art rehabilitation therapy department and is staffed by a team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, and a physiatrist. The team sets goals that support residents’ individual discharge plans, enabling them to return to their homes following an acute illness that may require rehabilitation services to restore functional independence.
