Our team performs adult kidney, pancreas, and simultaneous kidney/ pancreas transplant surgeries as well as pediatric kidney transplants and provides all necessary services to support and guide patients through the transplant experience.

As one of only a few certified transplant centers in New Jersey, our program was established to create a convenient patient experience, from pre-surgical testing, to surgery, through post-operative follow-up.

Transplant surgery takes place at Hackensack University Medical Center, with patient care seamlessly managed by our board certified transplant surgery team.

Our goal is to offer kidney transplant patients a new level of convenience, and a fresh start to life without dialysis.
