Located at One Metro Boulevard 2nd Floor / Suite 2A, Clifton Primary Care is part of Hackensack Meridian Health and Wellness Center at Clifton. Our providers offer the full range of primary care for you and your family. You can see a physician for your primary care and other health services, like labs, x-rays and urgent care.
We welcome new patients and offer online appointment scheduling. We accept a wide variety of health insurance plans.
