Our interprofessional care team consists of recognized leaders in the areas of neurology, neurosurgery, rehabilitation neurology, neuropsychology and counseling psychology. Our team is led by Director, Umer Akbar, M.D. and Co-Director, Hooman Azmi, M.D.
