Located in Old Bridge, NJ and easily accessible from rt. 9 and NJ-18, Old Bridge Medical Center offers a total of 113 beds and a medical staff of more than 500 physicians and specialists. We have a nationally-recognized nursing and ancillary staff of 1,700 provide medical-surgical, pediatric, general and critical care, stroke, behavioral health and emergency services.

From expanding our emergency department with 20 new state-of-the art-patient rooms and a dedicated imaging suite to offering extraordinary care with an award-winning ICU, a Bariatric Center of Excellence and a Comprehensive Diabetes Center, we’re always working to transform the best into something better.

Parking is free for patients and visitors at Old Bridge Medical Center. There are parking lots in the front and side of the medical center. Complimentary valet parking is available from Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

*COVID-19 vaccines available on Friday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

*Please be advised that screening with a metal detector wand is required for entrance into our Emergency Department.

Visitor Dining Options

Innovations by the Bay provides breakfast, lunch and dinner service daily from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. This retail venue is located on the fourth floor gold wing in RBMC’s Perth Amboy location. At Old Bridge, the café is located on the second floor of the Medical Arts building and is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The daily menu is available by calling ext. 3220 at Perth Amboy and ext. 4220 at Old Bridge.

Café by the Bay is conveniently located in the main lobby of RBMC’s Perth Amboy location. This retail venue features grab and go meals, specialty coffees and other beverages, fresh pastries and a variety of snacks. In addition, fresh flowers, toys, gifts, toiletries, newspapers, magazines and many other items are available for purchase. Café by the Bay is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wireless Internet service is available.
