Crisis Hotlines
Hackensack Meridian operates four 24/7 crisis hotlines to support the needs of residents of New Jersey who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, may have received care at our facilities, or are seeking referral or guidance to care or resources in New Jersey.

Experts from our nationally-recognized pediatric and adolescent behavioral health team are available for mental health urgent care for children and teens at the following ages and times:
For Children and Adults Ages 5 and older
Monday - Friday - 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Weekends - 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Our goal is to stabilize the patient, address concerns, provide treatment, and recommend an appropriate level of follow-up care, whether it be an appointment with a behavioral health professional or hospital care.
