A New Housing Resource for our Perth Amboy & Woodbridge Community
At Hackensack Meridian Health, we believe stable housing is the foundation of good health. If you live in Perth Amboy or Woodbridge Township and are at the risk of losing your home or need help getting one - we may be able to help.
Our Stable Living program offers one-time financial assistance and personalized support services for individuals and families to get stable.
Who is Eligible?
- Residents of Perth Amboy or Woodbridge
- Adults 18 years or older
- Households experiencing housing instability
- Households with low income
* Application submission does not guarantee funding/ approval
We Offer Assistance With:
- One-time rental support
- Housing stabilization services
- Security deposits
- Move-in support
- Utilities
- Connection to community resources
Payments will be made directly to landlords.
