Short-Term, Intensive Inpatient Rehabilitation in New Jersey

ReCharge is an innovative inpatient rehabilitation program designed to boost recovery and improve functional status. This program may be an option when a patient, caregiver, physician or healthcare professional suspects that the patient could benefit from additional services to improve medical status or prevent decline in function.

The ReCharge program was designed to increase mobility, foster independence and decrease the risk of continued acute decline, ultimately reducing the risk of developing comorbidities and hospital readmissions.

ReCharge Patient Diagnoses

The ReCharge program may benefit patients with diagnoses including:

  • Activities of Daily Living Dysfunction

  • Cardiac Diagnosis such as Chronic Heart Failure
  • Complex Chronic Medical Conditions
  • Severe Chronhic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
