HMH is offering three clinics for children (older than 6 months) and adults to receive a flu shot and vaccines in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Health.

Flu and vaccine shots are for children older than 6 months and adults.

What Do You Need to Bring

Photo ID
Insurance card if you have it

How Much Does this Cost

Your insurance will be billed and there will be no cost
If you do not have insurance, you still will not be charged.

What other vaccinations will be available?

For children, we will have MMR, Chickenpox, DTaP/Tdap, Polio, Hepatitis B and Meningitis vaccinations available for age-appropriate administration.

If you are an adult who never received a MMR, we will have them available for administration.
