Transitional Year Residency Program at Ocean University Medical Center

Welcome Message from the Program Director 

The Transitional Year Residency Program at Hackensack Meridian Ocean University Medical Center is ACGME accredited and is accepting applications for the upcoming year.
The program is designed to prepare residents for specialty residency training and strives to provide individualized medical education, clinical skills, exposure to specialized areas of medicine, and the attributes necessary to be an exceptional physician. Residents will have a chance to develop professionally through system-based practice and evidence-based approach to patient care.

Ocean University Medical Center is a part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network, New Jersey’s most comprehensive health care system. Located in Ocean County, New Jersey, the hospital is in close proximity to New York, Atlantic City, and Philadelphia. It is minutes away from the beach, and the area offers a number of recreational activities, including concerts, dining, and various outdoors activities.
