Application Process

Applicants interested in our General Practice Residency (GPR) program must attend a dental school that is accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA). We participate in the Postdoctoral Application Support Services (PASS), aside from submission of grades and NBDE part 1 scores applicants are required to submit a letter of intent along with a 2×2 photo.

Upon acceptance to the program residents decide on their start date (July 1st or August 1st). Residents are required to complete prerequisite requirements prior to their start date, which include completing a online application, dental contracts, malpractice liability forms, a physical, urine drug screen and a half day dental resident orientation.
