Urology Residency Application Process at Hackensack University Medical Center

The Hackensack Urology Residency Program selects two resident per year and participates in the American Urological Association Match.

Applications and supplemental documents are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) . In order for your ERAS application to be complete, the following must be submitted:

• Application
• United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) certification
• Personal Statement
• Three Letters of Recommendation
• Medical School Transcript
• Dean’s letter
