Recipe: Everything Spiced Bagel Nuts

While you may be tempted to grab a bag of chips when you need a savory snack, our experts have a better option. Everything spiced bagel nuts offer a robust flavor and include calcium-rich almonds.
Ingredients:
16 ounces mixed, unsalted, nuts (about 3 cups)
1 egg white, whisked
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
2 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325℉ degrees.
- Add mixed nuts, whisked egg white and everything bagel seasoning to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Set up a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat brushed with vegetable oil.
- Spread everything bagel seasoned nuts in a flat layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake seasoned nuts at 325℉ for 20 min, until lightly brown.
- Remove from the oven, and break up with a spatula.
- Let it sit for 5 or more minutes to cool.
