Hackensack Meridian Health, JFK Hartwyck at Cedar Brook, provides subacute or short-term rehabilitation, and also long-term skilled nursing care.
We are Medicare and Medicaid approved skilled nursing facility including a 24-bed specialized unit for treating Huntington’s disease. Our Huntington Disease Unit is the only such specialized care program in New Jersey. A passionate, caring team of dedicated professionals provides our Huntington’s residents with the specialized care and support they need, while maintaining the highest quality of life and care for them. Cedar Brook is honored to be one of a few centers in the nation that provides specialized Huntington’s disease services to its residents.
Hartwyck at Cedar Brook also provides long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, physical, occupational, speech and recreation therapies, 24-hour skilled nursing, respite and hospice care, physician services and family support. Our devoted team members provide comprehensive care and services to all of our residents and patients.
Our home-like setting along with Cedar Brook Park in our backyard, allow for a warm, cozy, friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy. Residents, patients and team members are truly family at Cedar Brook.
