This aid is paid through Union College and all students receiving NJTAG must abide by Union College's rules and regulations for administering these programs.

New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund (NJEOF)

This aid is paid through Union College and all students receiving NJTAG must abide by Union College’s rules and regulations for administering these programs.

New Jersey STARS Program (NJSTARS)

NJSTARS is a state merit-based program, which will fund full-time students up to 15 college level credits per semester for up to five semesters. This program must be utilized in the immediate academic year following high school graduation. Students must have graduated their New Jersey high school in the top 15% of their class and attend the county college in the county in which they reside.

New Jersey CLASS Loans

New Jersey CLASS Loans are non-need based loans for student or parents who want to borrow to help pay for their children’s education. CLASS Loans are made through the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (NJHESAA). These loans enable students or parents with good credit histories to borrow up to the student’s cost of education minus any estimated financial aid received. The interest rate and administrative fee on the NJCLASS Loan is dependent on the payment option chosen. Click here to find more information on NJCLASS Loans.
