The Internal Medicine Residency Program at Raritan Bay Medical Center – Perth Amboy has a proud tradition of training residents and providing primary care to the city of Perth Amboy and its surrounding communities since 1980.As part of Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive health network, the Internal Medicine residency at Raritan Bay Medical Center – Perth Amboy can call upon the extensive clinical and educational resources throughout HMH. One of the most outstanding of these is the new Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine that welcomed its first class in July 2018. Faculty from all of the HMH Central Region’s residencies are involved in teaching students from our School of Medicine including their Internal Medicine clerkship at Raritan Bay Medical Center – Perth Amboy. In addition, HMH has a growing number of primary care employment opportunities with a strong interest in retraining our residency graduates.
HMH’s mission is to transform health care with a vision driven by innovation and the goal of providing the highest quality care that is human – centered, accessible and affordable. Graduate Medical Education at HMH is integral to fulfilling our mission and vision, so we hope you will join our efforts to transform health care.
