Acute inpatient rehabilitation is the highest level of rehabilitative care available. At our Institute, patients who require an inpatient stay are cared for by a highly-skilled team including board certified doctors of physical medicine, rehabilitation-certified nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, prosthetists/orthotists, recreation therapists, dietitians, case managers and social workers. The team collaborates to achieve the best outcomes possible for each patient. Our Institute is attached to Hackensack Meridian Ocean University Medical Center, which offers a seamless medical collaboration with experts from the hospital – including emergency care if needed.

Our rehabilitation facility is licensed by the State of New Jersey and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and Joint Commission, meaning we’ve met rigorous quality standards in all areas of our operations and patient care. Based on the last inpatient CARF triennial (recurring every three-years) accreditation in 2020, our Institute was awarded accreditation in the following:

For outpatient services, please use the parking lot near the entrance of our Institute or use our valet services.
For inpatient services, please park in the parking garage located by the main Hackensack Meridian Ocean University Medical Center entrance.
We update our hospital visitation every Wednesday, based upon the risk of COVID-19 spread, the number of COVID-19 patients, hospital staffing and equipment levels.
