The multidisciplinary team at the Movement Disorders Program at Jersey Shore University Medical Center delivers compassionate, personalized care and treatment plans to help patients living with Parkinson's disease, essential tremors and other movement disorders.

Diagnosing Movement Disorders
Our expert care team will work with you and your family to accurately diagnose any potential movement disorders. This is done by a thorough review of your medical history and a physical and neurological assessment.
We offer the most advanced diagnostic imaging technology available, called Datscan, which is able to generate scans with stunning clarity, so your physician has a very clear picture of any issues, helping to diagnose conditions like Parkinson’s, essential tremor and dystonia.
