Our vocational rehabilitation program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), ensuring that our program meets national quality standards. We coordinate with the local Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) to provide in-school transition services tailored to the needs of the school and students.

Our team of vocational counselors, occupational therapists, professional instructors and rehabilitation assistants works with each individual to determine their interests and abilities before developing a plan to help them achieve their career goals. We offer individual and group counseling to help our clients manage the transition to work and receive the support they need to be successful.

Our curriculum includes opportunities for short-term, on-the-job work experience for both adults and high school age students (15 – 21 years old) and career mentoring provided by professionals in their respective fields. Job training includes a lab assistant program and a computer applications program; MS Office 2016.

The vocational rehabilitation program offers other services to ensure a successful return to work, including:

• Vocational Evaluation: Assesses your skills, interests, and abilities to help identify suitable job options.
• Job Site Analysis: An on-site evaluation of your workplace to identify the specific physical demands and potential risks of your job.
• Ergonomic Assessment: Provides recommendations for modifying your workstation or tasks to improve safety, prevent re-injury, and accommodate any physical limitations.
