Time Off Information for New Team Members
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Time Off (PTO) can be used for time off related to personal matters, including vacation, personal days, to celebrate religious days of observation, and for the first three days of an illness. Accrual rates are based upon years of service and job function.
Notice: PTO accrual will begin on the 91st day of employment. In the first year of service, accrual will be prorated to 75% of the annual entitlement. After one year of service, team members will accrue the entire annual entitlement according to their PTO plan, tenure and standard hours. Exception: PTO Plan 7 participants accrue upon hire and are not subject to an introductory period.
