Application Process

Applicants must have completed the General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships before applying to the Structural and Congenital Heart fellowship.

Candidates for the Structural and Congenital Heart fellowship program should complete the fellowship application and submit to the fellowship coordinator by September 30th.

Length of Program: 1 year
Number of Positions Per Year: 1 to 2
Application Open Date: July 1st

• Curriculum Vitae
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
• Diplomas and Licenses
• USMLE certificate
• Picture
• Personal Statement - The Personal Statement should be 1-2 pages describing your interest in the fellowship program and how it pertains to your future goals and academic interests.

Applicants must be eligible to apply for NJ State medical, DEA, and CDS licenses.
