My academic work has focused on substance use among older adults. "I am a former NCAA Division I football player at the University of Delaware who went on to attend Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. I am currently Chief Psychiatry Resident at JSUMC, pursuing a consultation-liaison psychiatry fellowship. My interests span academic medicine, medical education, and clinical research. Outside of medicine, I enjoy the gym, my motorcycle, my cat, hiking, traveling, sports, Settlers of Catan, and horology. I enjoy JSUMC for its supportive faculty and residents, broad clinical experiences, and the opportunities it has provided to grow as a clinician, teacher, and researcher.”

Prior to starting my residency at JSUMC, I worked in the psychiatric neurosurgery program for treatment-resistant OCD at Butler Hospital in Rhode Island. I truly value JSUMC’s psychiatry program for its strong culture of camaraderie and support among residents, as well as its well-rounded training curriculum. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, reading, writing poetry, and spending time with my family.”

“I grew up in Missoula, Montana, graduated from Columbia University, then worked in the biotechnology industry in Boston. I later attended Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and participated in the P3R program. My professional interests include addiction psychiatry, TMS, psychodynamic psychotherapy, metabolic and nutritional psychiatry, digital psychiatry, and applications of neuroscience in psychiatry.
